The fully equipped commercial kitchen can be hired in conjunction with other rooms or by itself if not required by the hirers of other rooms. Features include:
- Two large conventional ovens and one commercial microwave
- Six ring cooker
- Two fridges
- Bain marie
- Hot cupboard
- Constant hot water supply for instant brewing
- High spec dishwasher
- Sufficient crockery, cutlery, pots, pans, etc. for 120 covers but please check your individual needs are met
- Serves directly into the Hodder Room or indirectly into the main hall, the curved room or the Croasdale Room
- Kitchen is suitable for use by an outside caterer approved by management. Names of suitable caterers can be supplied on request
